What your AI can do

Look things up — "what's due this week?", "who owes me?", "what's sitting idle?", full detail on any unit, customer, rental, or task.

Add and update — intake by voice, edit units and customers, create and complete tasks, log notes. Every change comes back as a receipt with an undo.

Rentals — always previews first — your AI shows you the draft (customer, units, rate) and creates nothing until you approve.

Money — always asks you — recording payments, billing changes, and refunds require you to approve an exact confirmation phrase. Your AI can never move money on its own.

Security: you log in on rentalope.com — your AI never sees your password. You approve exactly what it can access, you can disconnect any time from Account → Connected Apps, and every AI action is logged in your account.
